What Makes Me The Right Person To Help You Throw Far?

My name is Andy Vince and I am a former International standard thrower with 35 years throwing experience. I loved throwing, and I still do. I have successfully coached athletes to national championship titles and to international level representation. Over the last three decades I have coached, advised and directed hundreds of throwers that have experienced massive improvements in their results... HOW, by showing them and their personal coaches that by hard work, passion and dedication then anything is possible IF they follow proven methods of training. A great deal of what I have learned has come from training, talking and communicating with the best throwers and coaches in the world, so let me share with you my knowledge and lets make a start making that ‘perfect practice’ work for you.
